Cancellation & rescheduling
The shop's cancellation policy will be published here. You can manage or cancel any booking from the private link in your confirmation.
Payments
Prices are set by the shop and calculated on our server, never in your browser. Online payments are processed by Stripe; card details never touch our servers. A booking is marked paid only after Stripe confirms the payment.
Your data
We collect only what is needed to hold your appointment: name, email, phone and optional notes. We never sell it. Our analytics are first-party, use no cookies, record no personal data, and respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control.
On this device
If you choose “Remember my details”, they are stored only in your own browser so you can book faster next time. Clear them at any time by unticking the box on your next booking.
